We Are Hiring

Most of our translators and interpreters have lived abroad and speak all of our three target languages fluently, but their most important characteristic is their strong ambition to constantly develop their skills and produce outstanding work. At the end of each project, all participants receive immediate feedback, which also affects their compensation. We try to limit the number of working hours to eight, and we take frequent breaks from the computer. We like flexibility and the freedom of being able to work from anywhere—which we indeed do. We can tolerate the monotony and solitude of computer work, too, but as often as possible we come together for a workshop or just an informal chat session. We seek to earn our living by performing decent work (which also means receiving decent compensation), and we pay attention to the danger of burnout. In short, we are humans: professional and happy people in a strong team.
